At Fresh Start Cleaning Services LLC , we value transparency, professionalism, and the trust our clients place in us. The following policies ensure a smooth and reliable experience for every client while maintaining a safe and respectful working environment for our staff.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any details collected through our website, forms, calls, or emails are used strictly for scheduling, providing estimates, and communicating with you regarding your services.
We do not share, sell, or distribute your information to third parties under any circumstances.
All payment information is processed securely through your chosen payment method (e.g., PayPal, Zelle, or other private arrangements).

Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability and service area coverage. We kindly ask that clients ensure clear access to the property at the agreed-upon time.
Please make sure utilities such as water and electricity are active during your cleaning. If our team arrives and cannot gain entry, the appointment may be marked as a same-day cancellation and subject to the standard $50 fee.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance or as soon as possible.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: A $50 cancellation fee will apply.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: May result in a partial charge of the scheduled cleaning.
    Frequent cancellations may result in the loss of recurring appointment slots.

Pets

We love animals and respect your furry family members. However, for health and safety reasons, we do not clean pet waste, cages, or litter boxes. Please secure pets during your scheduled cleaning to ensure both their comfort and our team’s safety.

Health & Safety Policy

Our staff’s health and safety are our top priority. For that reason, we do not clean or remove:

  • Fecal matter, urine, blood, or any bodily fluids

  • Dead animals or tissue

  • Mold, asbestos, or other hazardous substances

If such materials are present, the team may decline or reschedule service until conditions are safe.

Quality Assurance & Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in the quality of our work. If any area of your home or business does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We’ll do our best to resolve the concern promptly.
Satisfaction is important to us — we want every client to feel confident and cared for after every visit.

Liability & Damages

Our cleaners treat every home and business with the utmost respect and care. In the rare event that damage occurs, please report it within 24 hours of your cleaning.
Fresh Start LLC carries liability insurance to cover accidental damage caused by our staff while performing cleaning services. However, we cannot be responsible for:

  • Items that were already damaged, unstable, or not properly secured (e.g., picture frames, blinds, decorations)

  • Wear and tear or discoloration of surfaces over time

  • Unfinished or defective surfaces that may react to cleaning products

We kindly ask clients to store fragile or irreplaceable items safely before service.

Payment Policy

Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
Accepted payment methods include Zelle, PayPal, or other agreed-upon options.
For new clients, a 50% deposit may be required before the first cleaning, with the remaining balance due at completion.

Supplies & Equipment

Fresh Start LLC provides all cleaning products and equipment needed for your service. If you prefer we use your personal supplies (for allergies or sensitivities), please let us know in advance. We use professional-grade, safe, and effective cleaning solutions for every job.

Access to Property

Clients may choose to be home during service or provide access instructions (e.g., key, code, or lockbox). We handle all access details with discretion and care.
If our team cannot enter the property due to access issues, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation and may incur a fee.

Weather & Emergency Policy

In cases of severe weather or unforeseen emergencies, Fresh Start LLC may need to reschedule services for the safety of our team. Clients will be notified as early as possible, and the appointment will be moved to the next available date.

Right to Refuse Service

Fresh Start LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time if working conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or inappropriate. This includes but is not limited to the presence of hazardous materials, aggressive pets, or unsafe environments.
